Cookie Policy

Kept uses a small set of cookies (and a few items in your browser's local storage). We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

What we set

Strictly necessary (no consent needed)

• authjs.session-token — keeps you signed in. HttpOnly, secure, 30 days.
• authjs.csrf-token — protects sign-in forms from cross-site forgery.
• kept-cart— remembers what you've added to your cart. 30 days.

Functional (set by your choice in the app)

• kept-theme— stored in your browser's local storage. Remembers light / dark / system theme preference.
• kept-draft-listing— local storage. Auto-saves a listing draft you're composing so you don't lose it on refresh. Cleared when you submit.
• kept-cookies-ack— local storage. Records that you've seen the cookie notice so we don't show it again.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add them in the future (e.g. Vercel Analytics or a privacy-preserving alternative), we'll update this policy and ask for your consent.

How to control cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Clearing the session cookie will sign you out; clearing the cart cookie will empty your cart. The site won't fully work without the strictly necessary cookies above.
